"The service and the food were excellent. For those that don't speak Portuguese, most staff spoke good English. At the onsite restaurants they also had photos with the menu and multiple language options. The spa was very relaxing and included a steam room and sauna. The jacuzzi was inside the spa area and looked out onto the pool and the ocean. The beach nearby wasn't the nicest, but there was a nice biking and walking/running path along the beach and places to eat and hang out."

"I have stayed at this property over 30 times in the last 14 years. The only reason I have not stayed at the property during that time is that was full and not available. While it may not be as fancy as other properties, it trumps them with its welcoming environment. I have no hesitation whatsoever in fully recommending that you choose Hotel Beira Mar as your lodging preference while in Fortaleza!."
