Breakfast was subpar ( juice tasted like water, food was eatable. Long walk to Beira mar. When I was there in March was hot as hell ( meaning: I was drenched in sweat). Beautiful view, but noisy outside from the fish market

I book a room with twin bed ocean view. They put in couple bed, on first floor right by the side of a noise place called “ Mercado dos peixes “ the internet in room didn’t work. They said someone was coming to fix it and the person never came back. We called and even went to talk someone front desk. But the person said there was no more people working to check the Internet. In top of that they foi dot change us to a different room. We missed a day of work without internet and we explained how important we needed internet in room for work. They didn’t do nothing about it. Then, finally changed us to a different room. Where internet works but the door wasn’t closing. And we could hear even more noise from outside. They just put us to level 3. No difference betsides rhe internet. I don’t recommend.

Uma m**rda , cama dura , travesseiros horríveis FORMIGAS POR TODO QUARTO (tenho vídeos), atendimento com informações pela metade, me passaram que chegando até as 18 me cobrariam meia diária , E SOMENTE ISSO QUE FOI PASSADO. Aí fiz o cara correr pra me levar até as 18 chegando lá, me cobraram inteira a diária. (Com uma desculpa depois) PÉSSIMO. Não recomendo

Sem clareza da localização do qurto na hora da com

Gostamos do hotel, mas tem um fator NEGATIVO, nunca sabemos qual quarto iremos nos hospedar. Em outras vezes tivemos a sorte de encontrar um quarto proximo ao mar, bem agradável, dessa vez nos colocaram em um quarto que mal dava pra ver o mar, proximo a avenida, um barulho terrível. Conversamos com a recepção e eles nos ofereceram um mais proximo ao mar com uma taxa extra (cara). Acredito que a localização do quarto dever estar muito claro no site para que o cliente tenha ciência do que tá comprando.
