We didn't receive any VIP inclusions dispite calling reception to remind them. The hotel was clean and had good amenities and is in walking distance to everything but lacked in other areas, so much so that I felt the need to message Expedia.

The view from my room on the 8th floor was excellent. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is wonderful. I could even make my own fresh vegetable juice, amazing. It’s very convenient, close to central station. So glad that I chose to stay at this hotel. Highly recommend it to other visitors.

We’ve stayed at the Adler twice before and liked it very much but we purchased this room for our son and his new wife for their honeymoon and they were given a low floor room and told they couldn’t have the buffet breakfast, which we had paid for as part of the overall room charge. They were very disappointed and it was the worst experience of their weeklong honeymoon in the Dolomites. Really disappointed!

The view is amazing, and the hotel was in a convenient location. Unfortunately, there was construction in their under ground parking during our stay. Once the parking is done, I would recommend this hotel IF THEY get a pull up for visitors to unload their luggage and check in.
