"The place was generally in good keep including the room, except behind the curtains. Spiders had spun their webs everywhere resulting in us having to ask the reception desk for spray to kill them, so this was a big no no to housekeeping. Dining area staff seemed absent minded throughout the four days there. Tranquil and refreshing overall although I found myself wishing that I had booked into a mainstream hotel on several occasions."

"On this website this hotel is a PET FRIENDLY property. We booked a Pet Friendly room but upon arrival were told the room we booked was not pet friendly. "This was way better than we expected! We stayed for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms are beautiful, the whole ranch is so beautifully decorated and well thought through. The food was incredible! (You do have to pre-order, they accommodated us for dinner within a few hours which was great!). Everyone there was so welcoming, the service was incredible! There’s a spa and lots of activities the whole family. We would definitely be back! "
