"Upon checking in we were informed of a R$84 service fee even though we had reserved and paid in advance through Expedia. Then we were informed that the pool was closed for the day. The check in process took about 25 minutes and then they were unable to give us key cards for our room. Each time we wanted to get into our room someone from the hotel had to go with us to let us in. At 10:30 pm at night someone knocked on our door to give us a key card. Other than this, everything else was great. "

"We did not enjoy our stay at the continental park. The staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful. The rooms were full of bugs as they'd left the large windows wide open and one bed had blood stains. The towels/floor were grubby. The phone rang at 2.30am and the man on the other end said in poor English "can I speak to your friend" over and over and when I didn't pass the phone to my boyfriend as I was worried what would happen they hung up.
