"The property was as pictured and the management was very easy to talk to! Easy access with the face recognition. The area is great, 7 min walk to Paulista and 15 to Oscar Freire and many restaurants and stores around. The only negative was that, despite being a very high end neighborhood, the area lost power twice during my stay due to heavy rain."

"Great stay! Rodrigo at the front desk was a true pleasure and helped us with all of our needs. Had some issues initially with our room and he immediately moved us to a different one. Room and bed were comfortable, shower has GREAT pressure, and overall the hotel is nice. Will be back! "
