The air conditioning unit was disruptively noisy, and we were concerned to learn from maintenance that this was a pre-existing issue, raising questions about why we were allocated this specific room. "Second time staying at the hotel, great location for an overnight in Portobello. Think we were upgraded for this visit and got a fantastic room with a 4 poster bed which was a lovely surprise. Will definitely be staying again."

"This was in a pretty good location! They offered breakfast options and waters in our room on the first day (nothing was ever refilled though like they had originally told us). They provide soap, shampoo and conditioner in all of the showers. There were a pair of spa slippers for each person which was cute. The floors and bed covers were very dirty though which made the whole experience just feel more run down sadly. "
