"I used this hotel for a business trip. I was there for two days in total. The first shock was when I drove up to the hotel. It was a roughly 500m long, unkempt gravel road. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a really run-down hotel complex. The rooms were unacceptable. Wallpaper was torn off. The bathroom was very unkempt. The shower didn't work. There was also no toilet paper. I had to get a roll from reception. The gentlemen at reception asked me to bring me another roll. I refused...
