"Overall, spacious and good acoomodation to stay with a large family. However, there were way too many bugs, cockroaches and geckos inside and outside of the property… The hotel basically said it is inevitable due to the climate condition of the island. For me, bugs were tie breaker so I probably won’t stay here again 😂"

"The QR code provided by Minpaku-in didn't work, there was another email with a different key code. We had the same problem with another group of Korean families, and since the hotel had no front desk staff, we solved the problem through mutual help. Other than that, the accommodations were very comfortable for our trip and there was enough space for a family trip of 5-6 people."

"Nice little hotel with an efficiency room (kitchenette w/dishes and washing machine.) Proprietor was very accommodating despite my ignorance of the Japanese language. My only issue was convenience. The property was over two kilometers from "downtown" Nago, which involved either a brisk half hour walk or a wait at the nearby bus stop."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Odysis Onna Beach Resort. Staff were very kind and spoke English. We had a room on the 4th floor with a balcony and a lovely ocean view. The room was large, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning and dehumidifier kept it cool inside. We loved the two person jacuzzi tub and shower room! The fridge was a good size and there was also a freezer. While there was a cooktop, the kitchenette was not set up to cook in as there were no pots or pans....

"This was perfect for my family. It is out of the way of a lot of things so you do have to drive a while to get to anything further south on the island but we didn’t mind at all. The aquarium is close to this place and a few other things like the pineapple winery. We absolutely loved it. They even included some complimentary drinks when we arrived. "We always like to stay here when coming up to the northern part of Okinawa because it is affordable, a good location, and gives us separate sleeping areas for our large family. This time we discovered a shelf in the lobby of extra supplies that we could borrow during our stay that made a big difference, things like salt and pepper, extra trash bags, cooking oil, sponges, and an adapter.
