"Not recommended - the pillows and all bed smells humidity, someone brought another person in the shared room in his bed and made “noise” at night. Reception staff mostly okay, but didn’t care much. No apologies as if it’s all normal there"

"Excellent and very kind stuff at the reception. However, be aware the manager will try to claim that the online payment didn't go through, and will try to make you pay twice. Not an acceptable practice!"

"A Casa Zen é um lugar muito especial, muito aconchegante e com uma administração super humana e preocupada com o bem estar dos hospedes. Eu já fiquei em muitos hostels, inclusive em Ubatuba, e este sem dúvidas foi o mais especial. O café da manha é de surpreender, muito melhor do que de hotéis e pousada, posso garantir… os voluntários (em especial Agustina e Tali) são super energia para cima e receptivas… sem falar nos cachorrinhos e os gatos que deixam o ambiente ainda mais familiar. Ótima...

"Muito legal o Hostel, localização é ótima, perto das praias e do centro turístico, o Hostel é limpo, arejado e seguro, a decoração é moderna e agradável, muito legal para ir sozinho, de casal ou grupos. Eles oferem aula de surf também. Super recomendo!"
