"It was perfect for us since we need to travel to Arima Onsen (by bus) and Tokyo (Shinkansen). It's a few station away from Namba and Umeda. Easy walking distance but a busy station."

"Staff was always friendly and greeted me. Also kindly showed me the proper behavior in the lobby, I thought I was able to sit in the lobby and eat my onigiri, but it appeared to be bad manners. I learned immediately and went somewhere else to finish it. I think as a foreigner it is also difficult to know all the etiquette, so I am glad to learn and change immediately. The facility is also very clean with all the ammenities that I want. "
