"Great Stay. No personnel on property. Manageable with instructions sent via expedia and email. Make sure you arrive after check in time and leave exactly at agreed check out as there are no area to leave belongings."

"Tldr: the actual place reflected the price. Nothing explicitly wrong but the pictures advertising it were deceptive. Nothing explicitly wrong with the place, i think the pictures used by the property were a little deceptive but considering the price I wasn't upset. It was a very secure and convenient location. "Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"We can not rate this hotel highly enough. The staff went out of their way to assist us whenever they could. My wife hurt her leg whilst we were travelling and they organises a doctor's appointment and taxi to the clinic for us. Travelling with two kids, this hotel also gave us the more western experience of partitioning their room from the main living area. Beds were comfortable and the whole hotel is modern and clean. Easy walk to public transport and plenty of options for food and shopping."

"It was our first time staying at a Mimaru and we had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful and clean for our family of 5. The hotel is walking distance to Kuromon market and Dotonbori. There are also subway lines about a 5 minute walk away and a Family Mart just a couple steps away. It is also very easy to have luggage transported to and from the hotel. "We travelled during new years and everything was closed, I think the hotel should do a better job of understanding what is open for guests. The location was a tad far to walk to the train station which was a negative. The Onsen was outstanding though and the rooms were very comfortable"

Hotel a few minutes walk to Namba stn

"Check in time is 3pm, front desk was very helpful for the check in. Left our luggage because we were early. Rooms were in good condition, quiet at 4th flr near a modest gym. 6th flr is a lounge area where coffee and tea are available. Key cards were wooden. We did not avail of the breakfast and went to a nearby restaurant with delicious Japanese food (Munashi). More dining areas are at the station for more choices. Kansai airport is accessible via Nankai line in less than an hour"
