"Clean, spacious room at a good price. There was a problem with the toilet water reservoir tank that required lifting the lid and manually adjusting the stopper. I noticed in a previous review that someone mentioned the same issue. I’m surprised it hasn’t been repaired. Also, I’d recommend that the staff mention the breakfast option when arriving. None of the hotel amenities were mentioned at check-in."

"This was a great property right next to the historic Brown Palace in downtown Denver. We came in on the train and it’s a straight shot down 17th St to get there. It’s almost a mile so it will take you a good 25 minutes to walk. If I had known this, I probably would’ve have booked it but I’m glad we did. "When I initially checked in I was given a room that smelt like mildew and it was next to a room where loud music was playing with people singing loud. I informed about the smell and they immediately provided a new room on the opposite side . For the most part the room was okay but you do tell there wasn’t a deep clean in the shower & also saw hair on the side of the bed on the sheets . There are food places that are walkable that I enjoyed . Other than that I give the stay 3.5 stars "
