"I didn’t receive an upgrade because I don’t believe I was told about it in advance. So when I had the chance to check in early in a standard rate room I took it. Not know I was upgraded. Same with the wine. It was in the room but I wasn’t told it was for me. I thought I had to pay for it if I wanted it. It’s nice but you should let people know."

"This is a very small property in the middle of Taksim. I decided to book this hotel because of the outstanding reviews it got on Hotels.com. There are about two rooms per floor that are connected by a stairwell and a small elevator. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The breakfast was modest but enough. BUT THE NOISE.
