"They refused to acknowledge my booking via hotels.com for $25 per night. I had no choice but I pay €28 to them for the night instead. That guy even told me that I had to stay for 2 nights. I said “No way”. There was no towels or shampoo. The place smells like sewage at times due to the heat and humidity. Checked out at 11 pm for the airport. Located in a deserted place with no real restaurants or shops. I wouldn’t recommend this place even it’s $10 a night. "

"Understaffed both check in and checken out. To noise with late night music and screaming childen. Food was average at most. Paper thin walls can hear all your neighbors. To pricey for all these issues."

Had a great selection of foods, the option to reserve restaurants in the Square, if buffet wasn’t something you wanted. 20m drive away from the marina with lots of restaurants and a short walk to Mina Masjid which was great! A variety of pools! The option to pop next door to Aqua magic, if you wanted water slides and kid friendly pools! This was amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrivals giving all the needed informational...

"The reception staff are great ,very rapid. check in .Room is spacy, very clean and tidy, with balcony Bathroom very clean. food is plenty, great variety, 5 star bouffe ,Egyptian wine and beer are .great . This is our third year to stay in this hotel Great Hotel We really recommend this Hotel."
