"Such a charming Inn! Thr staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Our room had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, no exaggeration. We also had a small sleeper sofa, tucked into a nook under a window, which was lovely to cozy up on with a book. There were the cutest sitting areas throughout the halls. Can’t wait to go back!"

"We have always wanted to stay at the historic Basin Hotel. Eureka Springs is our favorite place on earth. The hotel was right in the middle of everything and it was like stepping back in time! Having the shuttle service was a game changer! I also love that the hotel had daily activities like the free wine tasting tour in the old speakeasy. That was a highlight!! "

"We were able to check in a little early which was a huge help! When we got to our room the smoke detector was chirping. I called the front desk and they had maintenance at our door in less than 5 minutes to replace the batteries. After swimming my husband went to get a few more towels. They explained that many other guests had been by to get towels and they were out at the desk but someone would bring us some. Less than 10 minutes and someone was at our door with more than enough towels. The front desk clerks helped up to figure out the trolley process to make it downtown for shopping. We have stayed here twice now and will continue to return!! They are so accommodating and care about their guests! "

"The ONLY problem we had was loud neighbors that were having a girls grad party weekend. They didn't observe the 10pm quiet hours, but it wasn't that big of a deal."

"Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. We loved the fact that there are soo many restaurants nearby. The location was almost in the middle so everything we planned to do, was only a few minutes from the Lodge. It was very quiet and neatly kept. If we come that way again, we will stay at the Lodge for sure. "
