"the hotel was OK for the price but one staff gave us wrong info about the towel dryer rack which didn't work. the sink did not drain well and the shower stall leaked water leaving the floor wet around it. Dinner was fine and the staff was great. At breakfast the buffet was often missing items that were not replaced"

"I stayed in the apartments they are a 5 minute walk from the main hotel and Hilversum Train Station and shops the number 5 bus stops close by. The apartment was very nice and in very good condition. "Very impressed with our overnight stay prior to our flight to Bangkok. This is a very comfortable hotel with an exceptionally professional staff. Breakfast at an extra cost was outstanding with a great range of quality items available. A special mention to the woman on the egg station who turned out the most delicious omelettes. The airport shuttle service was also very good and we were fortunate that the bus was waiting when we exited the airport."

"The room itself was small, clean, and as to be expected for an ibis budget room - it fits all your needs without any extras. Extra loo paper provided in the loo which was a definite plus. The air conditioning in the room is extreme - I don't know if it's because it was -2 outside, but even having set the AC unit to 28 I still ended up wrapping the entire blanket around me, covering myself with the two towels and chucking my coat over the top of everything! As I was unfortunately only in the room...
