From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and we were given all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. The bed was cozy, the linens were fresh, and the amenities were thoughtful – everything from the toiletries to the in-room coffee and tea was high quality. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality. The location was perfect AND THE VIEW from our room was spectacular – close to everything we wanted to see but also peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. "Overall a good stay at the Relais. We chose this hotel because we wanted to view Mont Saint Michel from our room. The view did not disappoint. The hotel does seem dated but we were told they were in the middle of renovations. We also arrived an hour early and they did not allow us to check in early. The hotel is located right next to a shuttle to Mont Saint Michel which was convenient. "
