I was able to cancel my booking on Expedia for the next day & then booked for the that day at the same price online. I went down to give them the confirmation & everything was good. I would've paid whatever to stay but they worked with me. I loved these 2 ladies in that moment. Traveling solo with 4 young children is not easy even if the experience is worth it.
