Our stay had to be cut short one day, due to my wife not feeling well. When I went to check out I was told there is a mandatory fee for checking out early. So I ended up paying for 4 nights (which is what our original booking was for. I was disappointed to say the least. At least give us a credit for a future date. Maybe you can do something for us.

Friendly staff but the wi does are not sound proof enough to stop the road sounds. It seems that at night most drivers speed up and make tremendous noise that can be clearly heard in the room. It sound as if the cars and motorcycles were just outside our window. Could not sleep all night.
