"Hotel El Dorado is a bit run down but honestly is a fine value for the money. Our beds were comfortable and the sheets clean. The breakfast was not great but had enough options for most. The hotel is on one of Concepcion’s central streets, but it wad not particularly lively during our weekend nights there. Oh, there is no air conditioning, but a window opens in each room, and that was good enough. "

"Leider habe ich nicht das appartment bekommen welches ich HIER, reserviert habe. Offensichtlich schein es so, dass Hotels.com dieses appartment ohne Genehmigung der Mieter anbietet. Ich strandete in Concepción weil die Personen gar nicht wussten, dass die Wohnung reserviert war. Die Wohnung, war schon vergeben. Gott sei Dank bekam eine andere Wohnung in ein anderes Gebäude. Obwohl hotels die Mieter nicht informiert hatte, verlangte hotels 108euro für eine Fiktive Stornierung. "

"Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich nicht um ein Hotel, sondern um eine Eigentumswohnung. Der Concierge war informiert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Parkhaus war sehr eng. WLAN hat funktioniert. Küche war benutzbar."

"Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht nun war extrem Kalt vor allem in der Nacht. Es hatte nur eine kleine Heizung gerät für die ganze Wohnung. Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden. Tolle aussicht :) Für die Waschraum schlecht organiziert, vor dem Hausmeister sind wir von ein andere Mieter angeschnauzt weil wir nur 3 minute spaeter die schlüssel abgegeben haben. On my first day, when I came back in the evening after exploring the city, I noticed someone had gone through my bags and an envelop with cash in Chilean pesos (hidden in an inside pocket, not in plain sight) was missing. This had never happened to me before, not even in hostels... Minutes later, I was meeting the property manager to pay for the apartment. I explained the problem and asked who had the keys to the apartment. Apparently, only the cleaning...
