"There were other guests (I’m assuming) that were drinking and smoking right in front of the left side entry door. They were trying to get us to interact with them but you could tell they were intoxicated. I was really surprised the staff had not moved them or asked them to leave. I’m sure this was a one off mistake as the rest of the hotel was amazing, clean and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was easy sort out and the driver knew how to quickly and safely navigate the craziness of the Taoyuan airport. I will definitely stay there when I pass through again. "
"The staff were very courteous and polite and they helped me when I had questions or concerns. I was well pleased with their service and kindness.
To anyone not familiar with the area, particularly westerners like myself, the hotel may appear to be in a dangerous location and it is a little tricky to find the entrance but it was not the case and eventually felt and realized it was safe and the food vendors cooked some tasty meals! I would recommend staying here to anyone and will come back again if I come back to Taiwan.
Thank you staff members for your hospitality and kindness.
Sincerely,
Robbie
