The toilet was backing up and I asked to be moved and the lady front desk not only refused saying they were full (not true as several rooms still seemed to be available online) but also rude and suggested that we move out and find another hotel. Didn't seem like the right way to run a hotel, antagonizing a customer and driving business away from the hotel. I wouldn't stay at this hotel ever again. We did checkout after that and found ourselves another hotel that was clean and where the toilet worked as it should.

There were plenty of carts so we could retrieve our luggage. The breakfast area was clean. Staff was nice. The room was big. Very comfortable. We’ll be staying again in November for another craft market as a vendor.

I stayed at this property on 9/4/2024. I was kind of nervous about checking in late and ending up with a bad room. But the room was very nice. Very clean. I stayed on the 4th floor and it was very quiet. My only gripe about this location is that it is behind other businesses and the parking lot is kind of hard to Find. But the room more than makes up for that! Would recommend and I would love to stay here again.
