"The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...

"Our room was nice but cold. Our radiator was only half warm on full setting and the towel rail didn’t work at all. We used the extra blanket and were ok during the night. We asked for a fan heater, we couldn’t get one for whatever reason. None left? Also had to borrow a hairdryer from reception in the morning, they wouldn’t give me one at night."
