"The property is well maintained. Location is perfect , we were able to walk to quiet a few attractions. I believe we had queen bed in reservation , we got 2 doubles instead which are tucked side by side. Not sure if that is standard practice but that was a little uncomfortable to share. I will give 10 stars for the staff at the front desk and breakfast area, always approachable and responsive. "

"The place itself was fantastic and great value to be right by Millennium Bridge! Rooms were clean, gym was new(ish), and had everything you could want in a hotel. Only issue was a lack of hot water (not sure what the issue was)! "

" Lacking the charm I found in other hotels through England, my suite was nonetheless comfortable, spacious, bright and clean. One of the receptionists was very unpleasant but the other was friendly and helpful. The extra charge to check in an hour early was insulting, even though I had called ahead and was not informed of this policy. There is no safe place to store luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. Overall it was ok, but nothing would impel me to stay there again. "

"This place is amazing! Not only is it trendy, the staff is phenomenal, the room was spacious and clean with a huge bathroom, and great amenities.
