The staff/owners are warmly welcoming and give you the most important information how to best use the hotel facilities for your kind of stay. The hotel has a proper ski room and it has a great small cabin that takes you from hotel to foot of the telecabin for Torrent ski resort. It is a great advantage of the hotel.
