"My stay at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel was amazing. I stayed in the Cabana Suite. The staff was so nice and friendly. The food was phenomenal. The area is perfect and just 1 minute away from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I can’t wait to stay here again. And one pleasant surprise was they offered the Chromecast which allows you to watch Netflix, YouTube etc on your TV. 10/10. Highly recommended this hotel. "

"By far the worst customer service I ever experienced. She was difficult, cold, and gave minimal effort. I almost felt like I was bothering her by checking in. And god forbid I had a question..
