Customer service was excellent! Staff was very helpful and kind. 4 of the employees we encountered were always so warm, cheerful, and nice! I wish I got their names. The room was spacious and clean. Easy walk to food, shopping, and train station. My family would love to return and stay here the next time we visit Osaka. Thank you so much! We had a lovely time!

Great hotel with excellent views and transportation links. I booked this hotel and thought it was very expensive but when I arrived I could see why it cost what it did. This was the best hotel I stayed at during my 16 day trip. The hotel is grand, the rooms are large, there's free water and there's drinkable tap water from the bathroom. It's above Namba station so it's a great location and there are many food options within a short distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

"Good place to stay, the floor where I was even if was suppose no smoking was smelling of cigarets probably in the past was a smoking area. Surprise me the condition of the hotel, normally APA chain are spotless clean and well maintained, this hotel looks a bit under-standard."
