Great location, only a short walk from all of the action in Old Quarter. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is not a 5-star hotel (and is not advertised as such), but is excellent value for where it is located and the services provided.

Very noisy hotel- doors slamming, elevator dinging loudly. No door to the bathroom so no privacy to use toilet. Leaking roof by sink. Sheets with dirt stains. Didn't get the requested king bed. Great pool, decent breakfast, convenient location, and very cheap.

Special thanks to Mr Dong for going out of his way to help me with a grab ride, helping me with my luggages, arranging a tour with a good tour guide and reasonable price, he anticipated my needs and offer his help to make my trip easier. The place is conveniently located near the old town, the room with the river view is very clean and relaxing, the bathroom is spacious, the elevator works flawlessly. I highly recommend this place.
