"Wonderful hotel. It is supported by students at a local hospitality college but honestly we would not have noticed. The rooms were clean and large, and the building is historic; even the key was a real key. The breakfast was quite good. Everyone was so nice. Minor complaints: the towels could be better as could the toilet paper! The hotel is also not readily accessible by public transportation. However, if you have a car, it is terrific."

"the hotel was OK for the price but one staff gave us wrong info about the towel dryer rack which didn't work. the sink did not drain well and the shower stall leaked water leaving the floor wet around it. Dinner was fine and the staff was great. At breakfast the buffet was often missing items that were not replaced"

"Stayed here 6 nights while dropping off my daughter for her semester abroad. The location, staff, facilities are 5 star all the way. Parking(reserved in advance of stay) made life so much easier. The Nox is s stones throw from the Dom and hundreds of excellent food and shopping options. Truly a magical stay!"

"I have stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times now, whilst on business trips to Utrecht. It has always been a great place to stay, given the level of comfort and price point for a good 4* hotel. Location - right in a shopping mall and a short stroll from a) the station and b) the old town. Plenty of eateries within a short distance, too. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of sockets, a decent coffee machine and big TV. "

Location wise it was not perfect with nothing much within walking distance, but by car it was equally between two destinations I was visiting. The breakfast buffet was a little lacking in variety considering the relatively high price, and hence I took this on only one of my two nights. "While checking in close to midnight I was told my booking was cancelled. Only because I insisted for 10 minutes, I received a room. The room was very large, nice and comfortable bed. clean shower. Breakfast was okay, fresh and yet very standard. Hotel is 5 minutes' walk from the train station which was very convenient to me. The wellness area is nice and clean, swimming pool is very small (not for swimming...)"

"I enjoyed my stay at this very unique hotel, very nice staff and the bar area was great. Bathrooms were very clean, my only problem was my room which was not a problem with the hotel, but it was up some very steep stairs and next time I will definitely get a different room. Other than that, it was great."

"it located on a golf court,so the environment is very quiet and beautiful.The room is comfortable and it has very big bathroom,this is awesome.Pool and parking are great,we were able to charge our car on the property too,very convenient.We definitely recommend Double Tree hotel!"
