"The apartment is easy to find from the main Praterstern train station. Inside, it is well lit and warm (centralised heating) although sometimes I felt it is too warm. All cooking utensils are available and generally the rooms are of good size and furnishing. Shower is great too. 5 stars experience. "My 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious. Clean, kitchen cookwares are enough for me to cook family dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing inconvenient is the parking is temporarily unavailable due to the city road work. The price is fair too. My family stayed in Munich, Salzburg and Vienna, Vienna apartment hotel is the one we like the most. "

"Very clean apartment. Kitchen had everything, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, utensils. There was even a washing machine in the apartment. Location was very convenient, only a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Local transit is reliable and connected to all relevant tourist spots. There is also a grocery store right outside this metro station. Overall very pleased. Would definitely recommend. "

"Cannot recommend enough. Check in/ out was a breeze and the staff were extremely helpful. The location is perfect to walk anywhere in the city and near public transport. I would book this apartment for a week just to stay inside it all week, it is that good!!! Great place for a group of people. "

"What a great find. We were only at the flat for one night as we were attending a concert at the hall up the street, but we would definitely return and likely stay every time we make it in to Vienna. Perfect space for 2 or 3 people, beautiful balcony for sitting and in a nice area outside of the busy tourist center. Carina was available all the time with my many question and was super helpful and polite. Couldn't recommend it more. "

"Everything was good except that elevator is not going to drop you off at the floor in which you would like to get down. If you have big suitcases it's going to be challenge. The entire apartment complex is not physically challenged friendly. Rooms are tiny but they are very clean. Appliances are new and they are well maintained. They give free water which is really tasty. Everything is automated that sometimes you feel you need to talk to someone. It's possible but not that accessible. "

"Always Hilton hotels are a great choice, the bed was super comfortable and pillows amazing the room was large for European standards.
