"Great hotel, not in the center but there is a bus stop right in front that makes it getting around very easy. They have a public parking garage next to the hotel for easy parking and parking on the street. Hotel is generally quiet and safe. We had a small issue which they rectified immediately, communication with the hotel was answered promptly. "

"The location is great as it is within walking distance to everything you need to do around the city centre. The spot is very clean although the keys didnt work upon checking in the property. We had to call for a code to enter the apartment. The place is clean, nothing too fancy or large. Just sufficient for a two day stay I felt. The instructions were great along the way. "

"Very clean. Sink is outside the bathroom which is very inconvenient for hand washing after using the toilet. Iron is available from reception but reception has very few working hours so it's best to bring your own or ensure you request it on time when reception is open. "

"Our stay was perfect. We were cooking in the morning for breakfast since none of the restaurants were open at that time and we triggered the smoke detector which was good because the slightest bit of smoke it detects will alarm the fire department haha. Overall the apartment felt cozy and super safe! My family enjoyed their stay here a lot."

"Very clean apartment. Kitchen had everything, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, utensils. There was even a washing machine in the apartment. Location was very convenient, only a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Local transit is reliable and connected to all relevant tourist spots. There is also a grocery store right outside this metro station. Overall very pleased. Would definitely recommend. "

"The apartment is easy to find from the main Praterstern train station. Inside, it is well lit and warm (centralised heating) although sometimes I felt it is too warm. All cooking utensils are available and generally the rooms are of good size and furnishing. Shower is great too. 5 stars experience. The only slight difficulty was the check in process where you need WiFi to get your entry code and your check in code. It would be good if communication is more in English than Austrian/German. "The staff are what make the Meridien Wien such a pleasant hotel. Smiling, happy to assist and pleasant at all times. The beds are very comfortable and rooms quiet (I had an inner courtyard room) and it is located closr to many of the attractions and transport options. Id happily stayvagain."
