"From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was impressed with the Hyatt Hotel! The doorman helped us with our luggage, and walking into the lobby was a breath of fresh air—clean and absolutely stunning. Customer service from every staff member was top-tier. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. I especially loved the complimentary wine tasting (just a heads-up: it’s one glass of wine per day. The hotel pick). They also give you a $5 voucher to use at their corner store, which was a nice touch. The hotel really seems to think of everything to make your stay comfortable. One thing that blew my mind—we were able to log in to our own Netflix account to watch shows. How nice is that? The location is also a major plus—everything is within walking distance. Each day, they had fresh fruit- or cucumber-lemon-infused water available in the lobby. Hands down, I loved staying here and would absolutely do it again!"

"Parking is nonexistent, hand to valet parking. (Not a fan) Property is clean and staff is friendly. Easy access to local restaurants. Great one on site (Broken Keel) food was delicious!"
