"The hotel, overall was nice. The service was very good and the breakfast and dinner, which were included, were also very good. One minor point was that there was nothing in the room in the way of coffee, water, or any type of mini-bar. My only real complaint is that although I had prepaid through Hotels.com, apparently they were not aware and charged me again. I am currently waiting for Hotels.com to resolve the issue "

"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . "Um das Hotel eine einzige Großbaustelle. Die Rezeption ließ uns eine Viertelstunde warten und plauderte so lange lieber mit Freunden draußen. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Selbst leise Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern sind gut zu verstehen. Dafür laufen slowakische Schlager in mittlerer Erdbebenlautstärke von 8 Uhr bis 22 Uhr im Restaurant. Komplett überfüllter Frühstücksraum am Morgen. Unter den winzig kleinen Balkonen befinden sich Kinderspielplatz, Restaurantterrasse, Streichelzoo,...

"We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses...
