"Failed to receive email detailing check in procedure . Locked out of property with dwindling phone battery capacity . Spoke to somebody whose English was terrible. Wasted nearly an hour getting in . "

"Good self-contained property. There was only a tiny saucepan (in a house that caters for up to 6 people) when we checked in. We contacted the agent, and while it took a bit of negotiation, they organised someone to deliver a bigger saucepan the next day - so top marks for their responsiveness. Imari (and the nearby Okawachiyama Village) is charming, and we used it as a base to explore Hirado. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights to explore the main tourist attractions in Nagasaki. Only a 15 minute drive to the Mountain view and a short walk to Chinatown, Dutch slopes and the Glover garden. The location was great. Even the carpark close by were cheap so having a car wasn’t an issue. The place was cosey and clean and it fit me and my 3 family members comfortably. "Very nice hotel in nice location. Close to China town and local convenient stores. It was a little difficult to pull up and take items out of your car if you are driving, but that’s only bc the road is very narrow leading to the hotel. the parking garage they suggest is very close though. The staff were very friendly and our rooms were nice and clean. Nice onsen area. We would stay again!"
