"My husband and I stayed in a deluxe Bosphorus bridge view room on the 10th floor for 2 nights. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The staff were helpful and the room price was reasonable. The hotel is close to many restaurants. The Bosphorus yacht cruise (Velena Travel) recommended by the concierge was great. We also enjoyed the delicious Turkish coffee and sweets which were served while we were waiting for a taxi to the airport after checking out. Thank you. I would definitely...

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel . I met my parents in Istanbul and we all stayed at the hotel . The rooms were spacious, nice and super clean . Breakfast was in a charming area and always had a great variety. The hotel is located in the center of the old city and minutes walk to many historic sites. My only comment is that the hair dryer in the bathroom is so outdated so if you use one bring it with you . "

"I had the most heartwarming experience after I got denied boarding to Thailand and had to stay unexpectedly in Istanbul melicine at the reception let me stay hours before in the room after a sleepless night and helped me all the way. The hotel is quiet, beds are excellent and the breakfast wonderful.Staff excellent and super friendly."

"This is a great hotel. Very upscale incredible breakfast buffet incredible amenities gym hot tub boxing rooms steam rooms etc. Conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Hard to find people that speak English fluently apparently in all of Istanbul but even at this hotel. Also prepare to be at the center of international men's hair transplants in Istanbul. As you will see bandaged men walking throughout the lobby and at breakfast sometimes with a little blood oozing out of the bandages. Bandaged men at the hotel city streets museums and airports. Get used to it."

"The suite I stayed in was lovely, featuring a balcony, a full kitchen, and a washing machine. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to meet my needs, particularly Kan, with whom I had several pleasant interactions. Although Somerset is located away from the city center, it’s in a convenient area with everything you need within walking distance."
