"Great location to get easily to the waterfront walking area and beach. Not far from State street and restaurants although that area very pricey. Clean, comfortable. Decent breakfast, typical fare. Would stay again for sure. "

"Liked the pool area because it was secluded from street. Very lovely. Easy access too. Lovely breakfast and cute eating area. Only thing is too much light coming in curtains at night. Maybe need curtains that block light. Made it hard to sleep."

"I and my three children stayed here for an overnight and while the rooms are VERY (way smaller than you imagine) tiny, we were comfortable. I might’ve felt a little claustrophobic if it weren’t for the garden patio attached to the room. Even though the rooms are very small, it’s a very cute place and you cannot beat the location. We took the Amtrak and it’s literally right next-door. We spent the day at the Moxie museum, which is also right next-door and then walk to the beached and ate at all of the delicious local restaurants nearby. I would absolutely stay here again. The employees are so incredibly friendly and informative. 10 out of 10 for them. There was an older couple in the lobby who were very displeased with the presence of mg young children (who are very well behaved). I guess they thought it was an adults only hotel but it’s actually the PERFECT hotel for kids given the location to the children’s museum and Amtrak. "
