"Beautiful city and the hotel is located in a really good location. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. However the rooms were a little dated and in need of some upgrades. We stopped over for a night and its a good hotel to spend a night and explore the lovely city. "

"Beautiful hotel, our room was a feature room with stained glass windows and lots of carved stone and other features. Friendly and accommodating staff, nice breakfast in spectacular surroundings. Without doubt we’d stay again on our next visit"

"Centrally located, courteous staff, because I'm an ACCOR member had an early check in well midday if you want to call that early but it's better than 3pm, the room is very nice only the shower itself is small but overall no issues "

"Good check-in with upgrade to double (instead of two singles). Comfortable 3rd floor room. Tea/coffee making available. A short walk to Grot market & plenty of attractions & restaurants nearby. We didn’t choose their breakfast. We used the pool once, it is down two flights of stairs, the changing area is small, whilst it looked stylish, lacked any rails to enter pool. "
