"The property is fantastic. It is rich in history, it is really beautiful, and well maintained. The staff is great. There are so many options for food and bar, and although several were closed during the winter holiday, it was still great with what they had. The location is very central and convenient to walk to old town, and new areas as well. Honestly, I would come back anytime."

"This is one of the most beautiful comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in and we have been throughout Europe on many trips! The staff were lovely, the room spectacular, breakfasts delicious and overall an amazing experience within which to enjoy Antwerp. "Checkin experience was good. Breakfast experience was good. Unfortunately I was woken at 4 AM by the alarm on my door lock. It was incessant and didn’t stop until the battery died. Nobody was around to assist. I complained on checkout but no member off management team has reached out since."

"What an amazing accommodation! The place was super cozy, clean and very modern. The main lobby/area was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's about a 30-45 minute walk to the city centre but there are food options in the neighborhood. It's right by the De Koninck brewery, if you are into beer. This place exceeded my expectations."

Outstanding apartment

"We rented a two bedroom apartment made of connecting a single bedroom apartment and a studio. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen living space with a sofa bed and a large family table. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and stove. Everything to cook and have dinner for at least 6 people. Every bed and the sofa bed had USB sockets and double power sockets on each side. Large bath and separate showers. Great water pressure. Washer/Dryer. Plenty of parking. Good Wifi. We stayed in winter, with central heating and good insulation. Staff was onsite every day, very easy checkin and checkout. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing I could flag as negative. We did day trips to Brussels, Bruges, Gent and Anvers. Nice local castle to visit. Carefour Express and Carefour Market nearby."
