"Literally just back from a 2 night stay here and stayed in a family duplex since was for 4 adults which are on a separate block to the main house. Was a very nice stay overall, big spacious room with an additional upstairs double bed and bathroom, although just the one toilet for both floors. Lovely quiet grounds to sit in, fairly easy 20 minute walk into the middle of Bayeux and breakfast plentiful buffet style thing. I have an EV so perfect for me, arrived with about 40% battery and filled up for about £27 on the 22kw charger so happy days! Staff friendly so honestly no complaints from us. I would say breakfast is too expensive at €17 per person per night is my only observation."

"This was an amazing find. A hotel close enough to Caen ferry and Normandy coast easily accessible. Just what we were looking for. But it got better, check in simple, parking area was secured by a gate over night so very safe for motorbike. Our room not huge, but big enough for what was needed, no complaints. Clean with a kettle. Shower, hot water great. Breakfast was nice enough but not outstanding, usual fair no more. BUT we had an early ferry on second day and asked if it was possible to provide a breakfast pack up to take to ferry, the lady on reception ( sorry didn't get her name) was very helpful offered to provide something. The 'sonething' turned up in our bedroom night before and was an amazing spread. Thank you for this service, it was wonderful. Evening bar was nice after a long bike ride along the coast in high temps. Beers, wines and other offerings. Stay here again? Yes certainly. without doubt. "

"Friendly, helpful and very accommodating front staff. Breakfast was great - lots of options - especially like the variety of breads, jams and eggs. Beds were very comfy. After a long and busy day at the sights and museum in Caen, we arrived about 7 pm expecting to have a nice dinner and a glass of wine. Unfortunately the dining room was closed because they were hosting a bus tour group. Ugh!! rather disappointing - the staff suggested several local restaurants or take out. So we decided on a pizza take-out and when I went back down to the desk to have them help me order, the kitchen staff took pity on a little old lady and made us a very nice meal with salad - and a big glass of wine. That was a sign of "above and beyond" and very much appreciated. A suggestion would be have a portion of the restaurant partitioned off for guests who are not on a tour - even just a portable type screen. Interestingly enough we were from Canada and we could hear the people in the tour group talking about "back home in Canada" The dining room is beautifully appointed - outdoor patio looked very inviting - just that the weather didn't cooperate. Liked the parking lot - felt safe leaving the car overnight - rather than in a public parking lot or on the street. Very quiet - had a great sleep Would definitely stay again - and recommend it to others. "
