"Very clean and comfortable room. The livingroom with several seating areas and large screen tv was a big hit for us. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many Cretan savory and sweet food that we might not have had if it weren’t for this breakfast buffet. Every staff member that we met was friendly and helpful. "We had a wonderful stay at the Rafkos mansion. Stelios the owner took us wherever we needed to go and we had delicious meals at one of the local restaurants. It would be wise to have a car because it’s in a village about 30mins. from Heraklion. Stelios is the definition of Greek hospitality! "
