"There was a fire alarm during the evening. It turned out to be nothing, just a false alarm in one of the rooms, but there was no explanation nor was there communication telling the guests that all is fine so guests can go back to their rooms. Had to go and ask the reception then was informed. Communication could be better. Also, the Bistro is not a "full" restaurant. There were limited options for breakfast or dinner. Ok for most people, but probably not good if you have a picky eater. "

"My husband and I love this hotel. The minute we walked out of the car and enployee welcomed us and offered to take our bags. The hotel is clean and all the employees are warm and welcoming. They give food ideas and are fun to talk to. Other thing we loved is that we were checking out but needed to store our items for a bit. They safely kept our items while we went out. So thankful for them."

"Check-in/-out was easy and courteous/friendly. Only 4 stars for comfort, due to the proximity to I-5: if I didn't routinely travel with earplugs, getting to sleep may have been difficult, as my room was on the closest side of the complex to the highway. Otherwise, everything about the room was clean/nice."
