I highly recommend for your stay in Heidelberg, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly - perhaps the best staff we encountered during a 10 day 5 city EU tour. "Front desk staff very friendly. It’s an old hotel but that’s part of the charm. Like most places in Germany there is no air conditioning in the individual rooms (so don’t complain - this is common here) but the man at the front desk offered me a fan as I was staying on the top floor room. It was 33 degrees last weekend so it was very hot but the view from my window was amazing and it was conveniently close to the hiking path I travelled there for. Comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again :)"

For me it took over an hour. finger so sore. i have thick curly hair to blow dry. no full length mirror annoying. i am 5 feet tall very hard with glasses -7 to reach mirror in bathroom. The floors need to be refinished. Room 118. no phone no usb to charge. Over priced for quality. hard bed. It was close to castle and old town walk around. Restaurant. next to it expensive but worth it. Staff super friendly. We had no wifi. couldnt plan our trip...
