Close to restaurants and right above a wine bar that hosted wine tasting the night we were there. "Checkin was so smoothly delivered I thought I was doing something wrong! I was messaged a code for the front door and my room door. There was a message regarding sending a deposit via a link in the message, which I inquired could be done in-person. Location wise the venue is a win. Vibe wise it felt like “spending the night in nana’s attic,” which is comfortable and homely. Bed was firm, fridge and microwave provided, all amenities were serviceable. "We stayed in the Lakeview building which is across the street from the main building. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was really nice with the dining room having a nice view of Cayuga Lake. What we really liked was the proximity to Taughannock Falls. We walked from the hotel directly to the trails leading to the Falls. You can also walk across the street to visit the park along the lake which has swimming, kayaks, etc. "
