"The entire facility is pristine, and the rooms felt new and fresh. There were endless clean and fresh towels and I loved the fresh smell. The hot tub was amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a cable machine in the fitness room. Housekeeping was top-notch too, and the staff were helpful and friendly. 10/10 stay!"

"Rooms were nice and large and clean. Lobby was nice and clean. Wished there was a restaurant and/or a bar but thay was my fault for not seeing it when i made the reservation. Only real complaint is we were supposed to get maid service every other day and didnt get it at all. When husband asked the maid in the hallway for towels and washcloths, she didnt speak english, which is no big deal but was told they didnt have any washcloths. We were there for my daughters wedding so we had several rooms...

"Holes in one hand towel, hole in one top sheet, one of two lights working poorly in the bathroom. However, as soon as we asked about heat - we got quick help. Also breakfast was great! Breakfast included waffles, eggs, bread, bagels, cream cheese, orange juice, coffee… and room and hotel over all was clean! "

"The room stunk like smoke. I stayed an hr and asked for a other room because i was beciming nauseated. He didnt have another one but gave some spray stuff. Still didnt help but we had no other choice to stay. The room was in disrepair. Sheets were dirty on one bed. The bathtub was dirty. The chair was in such disrepair. It was the worst room I ever stayed in. It was the most uncomfortable and restless night I've ever had. I have pictures of the disrepair but unfortunately I can not take pics of...

"Excellent stay. Very clean place, the room had more than needed, a full fridge, stove, microwave, zinc, etc. it looked more like a small apartment studio than a hotel room. Breakfast was very good as well, the only thing ‘bad’ is that the breakfast sitting area is very small. Other than that, the hotel is awesome. I went to a concert at the Dickies Arena, and this hotel was way cheaper than the rest in the area, and I do not regret it. "
