The majority of your staff were pleasant. The room was nice, breakfast was good and the gym was okay. Equipment needs some attention. The issue we had was with your shuttle. We were told the shuttle runs every half hour. So, instead of dealing with parking downtown, we took the shuttle to dinner. When we exited, the driver said “Just call the desk when you need a ride back”. We called when we got our bill & were told he was there. My husband ran out and missed him. I called back and they said he was going on break for an hour. There were 2 other couples waiting too, one elderly and one with a baby. It was very cold outside. Restaurants and bars were full and stores were closed. We had to wait outside for an hour. This needs to be addressed. Either cover the break or tell the truth.

It's a newer property and well maintained. The staff is very professional and courteous. The room is spacious and very well appointed. The gym and breakfast room are of high quality. The surrounding area has convenient amenities and a great gourmet marked. I think there is value in this property for the quality of the accommodations. I do recommend this hotel.

The room was beautiful and we enjoyed the breakfast. I did have an additional charge on my receipt for wine which I didn’t drink and I thought their destination fee which included their free shuttle was a little expensive especially because I never use the shuttle

Hotel is pretty new. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette was a plus. Breakfast was excellent, with variety including gluten free options. Shuttle service very convenient, although we were a bit late for our reserved tasting because first shuttle was at 4pm, when I was told it would start at 3 pm. I would definitely come back

The property is nice, continental breakfast was good/decent, and staff is always friendly. My only complaint is I feel like the shower could’ve been cleaner, other than that, I enjoy this location and would stay at this hotel again, and again.

Check in staff, housekeeping and breakfast lady were all friendly and polite. Allowed us late check-out at 1pm which was so helpful as our daughter was not feeling well and wanted to sleep in. I dropped a glass bottle on the floor in the lobby and the staff was quick to help clean up the mess. They cared about guests safety and made sure everyone was okay. The room was very clean. The only thing is that one of the bathroom door panel was stuck. It supposed to be a sliding door, so we only used the other side of to get in / out of the bathroom.

this place is a gem. wasn't expecting the room to be as spacious and the layout to be so efficient, including a pretty nice kitchenette. service was fantastic, pool was great, and the fitness room was new with a couple of peloton machines and a rower. great diner next door too, was impressed.

We love the room and the entire property and the hotel transportation downtown Healdsburg but we didn't really think the parking fees and transportation fees were appropriate as an additional charge on the bill since we are already paying for the room.

A nice hotel with friendly staff. Don't be late for breakfast since they run you out right at posted closing time. The extra destination fee and parking were a surprise add to my prepaid stay.
