"This property has a lot of potential. The facility itself is large and welcoming. However, our room needs a deep clean. Lots of dirt on the floors in the corners of the bathroom surfaces like the toilet paper holder just are not clean thoroughly. The heating system runs off and on all through the night and was very very loud and kept us from sleeping."

"The front desk clerk at check-in was very friendly and personable. She made us feel very welcome. There were snacks of fruit and popcorn available for no charge. The area was clean and festively decorated for Valentines. Although we were shocked at the high ($75) pet fee, I appreciated that it was clearly displayed on signage at the desk."

"The hotel worked for my needs.....I was traveling to Florida with my dog and needed an easy access room. Unfortunately there was very little room for the dog to do her business, both ends of the building had "No Pets beyond this point" signs which left the edge of the parking lot....which is a hill. So not very pet friendly but the room was fine and the Mexican/Italian restaurant next door is very convenient"

"This is a perfect inn for a brief visit to Sparta. The only person we saw was the lady in the office at check-in. She was pleasant and the check-in was easy. Our room was sufficient for our visit. This is not a five star hotel with room service and all the frills you would expect from a 5-star. This is a small town motel. It was very clean and quiet.
