"Firstly this was my second stay and I was not offered a free room upgrade as they advertise for their rewards plan. Upon arrival we was checking in and the guy at the desk told us the keys are in the door, we went around to the small building and there was no keys, the maintenance man (who was very nice) had to come and climb into the window, whilst he was doing this we realised the bench at the front of the cabin was completely disintegrating.
