"This was a very memorable place that I visited. It is in the rural area of japan, you can really feel the realness of the area. It's in gifu however it's definitely not a tourist trap area. The owners of the establishment reminded me of my grandmother. You are not getting a hotle with this stay more of a B&B, it definitely felt like I a was sleeping over a japanese grandma's house. "Beautiful new hotel next to Inuyama castle and Japanese garden. Nice onsen, friendly staff. Just didn't like how I got room upgraded. All reception people seems like not knowing about there are VIP benefits. Finally we got upgraded room, then we found dirty tissue inside toilet. But all other things were perfect. Amazing breakfast, Inuyama castle view from everywhere in hotel "

"I have never stayed in a worse hotel in my life. The stentch in the rooms, horrible bathrooms. No amenities pretty awful. The politeness and service of the Japanese people made it better but it was pretty awful. I wish we could get a refund or a voucher. We thought of leaving but it was too late ! "

"This hotel is located very close to Nagoya train station and connects to MEITETSU bus station making transportation easy and convenient. The hotel breakfast buffet has many choices and the made to order omelette station is excellent. The only thing I was disappointed about was the lack of an in room safe other than that I would definitely stay here again."

"I had an amazing stay. I took a room on the ladies-only floor and it's great (extra security door that opens with your room card if you have a room on that floor). First time trying the public bath, I was concerned about my belongings but there are lockers (with keys) to store your towels, clothes etc. while you take the bath. The hot bath helped heal some muscle strains I had from walking and traveling a lot with a heavy luggage. I would stay again in this hotel if I come around Nagoya again!"

"We live our stay here. The rooms were spacious and clean, and felt luxurious. Staff were great, and the hotels location was a ten minute walk from the main station and shops, yet it was still quiet and relaxed in the area around the hotel. And there were great food options located close-by. While we didn’t eat at the hotel we can attest that there coffee was excellent and we recommend making sure you get your morning coffee here"

"Very convenient location. The room is normal size for Japan's standard. I love that they are going more environmental friendly. Reception is at 18 floor and does provide a good view of nagoya city but it can be annoying to go and up down if its busy. "
