"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry service at a good price. Clean facilities. I like that the washrooms were not in the sleeping area, they were just outside the door. If you need morning coffee first thing, and are staying more than one day, you‘ll need to bring not only coffee, but equipment for making it. The first day coffee was complimentary by way of a special machine; unfortunately it takes only special Illy cartridges. "

"Easy street parking especially during the day. Excellent room, spacious, little fridge, coffee and tea. Nice view. Very friendly staff and also other travelers were kind. For some reason our door did not close (possibly my error because it is a soliddoor and lock) and it was open from 3-8pm. Other guests let the receptionist know who came up to close it. Nothing was stolen. Public transportation is excellent and Downtown is in walking distance (20 minutes). "

"Right next to the Hauptbahnhof and close to shops and restaurants, breakfast was also included in our stay. Despite being next to the station it was quiet and we were not disturbed. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Reception was helpful and check in and out efficient as you would expect. Breakfast had options for any diet, I’m vegan and had no problems. Best to avoid the dining room between 8.30 and 10 at weekends, It’s super busy. The hotel is in close proximity to the markets as well which is why we were in Leipzig. Would absolutely stay here again. "
